Digital Course Purchases (Instant Access)

Once a course has been purchased and access has been granted, it is considered used digital content.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you acknowledge that:

  • You lose your right to cancel once the course has been accessed
  • No refunds will be issued once learning has begun

Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be considered in the following circumstances:

Before Course Access
  • You have not accessed the course
  • You have not enrolled yourself or assigned the course to a learner
  • A refund request is made within 14 days of purchase
Duplicate Purchases
  • If you accidentally purchase the same course more than once
  • One of the duplicate orders has not been accessed or assigned
Technical Issues
  • You are unable to access the course due to a verified technical fault on our platform
  • Our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided where:

  • The course has been accessed (even partially)
  • A certificate has been issued
  • A learner has been assigned to the course
  • The course has been completed or attempted
  • You change your mind after accessing the content
  • You did not complete the course within your preferred timeframe

Business & Bulk Purchases

For business or bulk purchases:

  • Courses can be reassigned between learners if unused
  • No refunds will be issued for unused licences
  • There is no expiry date on purchased courses unless otherwise stated

Course Suitability

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that:

  • The course meets their requirements
  • The correct course level is selected
  • Any prerequisites are understood before purchase
